Screen Printing
All of our screen printing is done in-house on one of two automatic printing presses. We have the ability to print jobs up to 8 spot colors or do a 4 color process on light or dark garments. What is Screen Printing? Visit our page on Screen Printing and how it works.
PRICING
Please contact us for pricing on orders of less than 72 pieces. Pricing for bulk orders (72 piece min.) are located on our home page. These prices are for sizes ranging from youth small to adult XL. Additional charges apply to sizes 2XL, 3XL*, and 4XL* (*if available). Our pricing includes the cost of screens and set-up. The only additional cost that you could incur are art charges for major graphic projects. Shipping is done via UPS.
Direct to Garment Printing
Southern Arizona's only TRUE Direct to Garment Print Company. Full color printed apparel and the BEST part, NO Screen or Setup Fees! No minimum orders. Soft hand water based prints, oversized printing and this is NOT an iron on image... Only at Aladdin Graphics.
Embroidery
All embroidery orders are sewn in-house, to insure the quality and on-time delivery of your order. We have the ability to embroider your artwork on polos, jackets, hats, bags, and more.
Signs & Vehicle Wraps
Aladdin Graphics on Apparel realizes that the majority of our customers don't want signs. They want customers! Stickers
Aladdin Graphics on Apparel prints flexo or digital vinyl stickers. All of our stickers are made of 100% industrial strength caliber vinyl with an aggressive permanent adhesive. We can easily create any shape custom die cuts. All of our stickers are waterproof, weatherproof and fade proof.
Artwork
All artwork must be actual size.
Full size print - approx. 10" wide
Chest size print - approx. 4" wide
Aladdin Graphics On Apparel accepts customer supplied digital art files ONLY in the following formats:
Adobe Photoshop Images- .psd, .tif, .eps, .bmp, jpeg, and .gif
Bitmap Image Resolutions:
Line art- 300-600 dpi
Color/Grayscale- 150-300 dpi
Adobe Illustrator Files- .ai, .eps (convert type to curves)
Corel Draw - up to version 8 (convert type to curves)
Aladdin Graphics On Apparel accepts customer supplied digital art files delivered in the following way (both Mac & PC):

Zip Disk (100MB)
CD-ROM
All customer supplied artwork on paper must be:
Black & White Laser Print
PMT
Sharp ink jet print (preferably color separated)
Remember:
The end quality of your design depends greatly on the quality of the artwork we receive. We are capable of high quality printing.
Artwork supplied according to these specifications is not necessarily void of "Art Fees". Artwork will be judged on an individual basis.
